We are looking for a fantastic physiotherapist to join our team at NK Active.
NK Active is a young and growing musculoskeletal and rehabilitation service, which likes to do things a bit differently. Our motto is “Get Active, Stay Active” and we aim to discharge every patient we see. We strive to be the best musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation service in the South of England. We pride ourselves on offering a high quality patient experience, right from booking the appointment, to assessment to the point when treatment is complete. We have keen interest in research, we audit all our clinical data in house, so we can make improvements and show we are effective in getting people back to activity. We encourage a culture of growth and letting people offer suggestions for change, if mistakes occur we use it as a learning experience and work out as a team how to fix it and everyone’s opinion is valid regardless of their role.
We are currently a team of two podiatrists, two administrators, a practice manager and a rehabilitation specialist.
The clinic has good links with local GPs, Orthopaedic Surgeons, Sport and Exercises medicine consultants, local therapists and gyms and coaches. We have motivated patients who are all driven to get back to activity. We treat a range of patients, from people wanting remain active as they get older right up to professional athletes, as long as they have a goal to get back to activity we want to help them.
We are very fortunate to have our own gym on-site (which of course you can use for your personal use) along with 3D gait analysis.

Do you love people and are dedicated to providing a fantastic service, helping people get back to the activity they love?
Do you help and support your current team or family members in any way you can?
Would you like to work with a small team of dedicated professionals who will help and support you to achieve your best?
Are you not afraid to suggest changes to improve the service offered?
Are you a bubbly person who has great communication skills?
What you are able to do is far less important to us than the type of character you are.
Your attitude, tone and ability to listen will either have a positive impact on a patient’s journey or a negative one. Therefore, your willingness and ability to achieve the former is the greatest quality we are seeking.
In addition, you will be a true team player. Whilst we only have a small team, we are a happy and mutually supportive bunch, and you will need to fit seamlessly into this team. You will be helped, supported and encouraged to be your best and in turn you will provide the required support to your colleagues. You will also need to be confident working independently and at times under pressure.
