Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions and functional abilities. Develop personalised treatment plans based on assessment findings and clinical reasoning. Implement evidence-based interventions to optimise patients’ mobility, relieve pain, and improve overall quality of life. Monitor and evaluate patients’ progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and self-management strategies. Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records. Collaborate effectively with other members of the healthcare team to coordinate care and facilitate interdisciplinary communication. Stay informed about advancements in physiotherapy practice through continuous learning and professional development activities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution. Eligibility for registration with HCPC & CSP Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and colleagues. Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others achieve their rehabilitation goals. Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
