Total Performance Physio Clinics is a small, friendly and expanding private physiotherapy clinic, who are looking for a passionate, caring, and experienced physiotherapist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a drive for professional development and a passion for patient care. Responsibilities: - Conduct a thorough subjective and objective assessment and develop an appropriate individualised treatment plan between you and the patient. - Deliver excellent hands-on treatment, including manual therapy and soft tissue techniques. - Develop and deliver individualised rehabilitation programmes relevant to the patients’ stage of recovery and condition. - Maintain accurate and up to date patient records. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. - Have an active involvement in the company’s social media and marketing work. Requirements: - Degree in Physiotherapy and relevant certifications. - Membership with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. - Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). - Previous experience in treating sports injuries and/or a private clinic setting is desirable. - Excellent hands-on manual and soft tissue skills to aid patient recovery. - A minimum of 5 years clinical experience. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong desire for professional learning and development. - Compassionate and patient-centred approach to care. - Able to work some evenings and occasional weekends. - Able to work individually and as part of a team.
