Key Responsibilities Deliver hands-on treatments and structured rehab sessions Support clients in achieving their movement and lifestyle goals Communicate plans clearly, confidently, and with empathy Maintain accurate, professional clinical notes Follow JST’s structured systems and uphold our client care standards Ideal Candidate Qualified in Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy, or Sports Massage Therapy (with valid insurance) Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in private practice (preferred) Confident communicator who builds trust easily Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused Committed to continuous learning and delivering high-quality results Able to bring some existing clients (preferred but not essential) What We Offer Mentoring and professional development support Internal referrals from day one Admin and marketing support Free on-site parking Friendly, supportive clinic culture Contract: Self-employed (potential to move to employed role later) Hours: 15–20 hours per week (including some evenings/weekends) Job Type: Part-time Benefits: Mentoring programme, free parking Experience: Clinical: 2 years (preferred) Private practice: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 17 November 2025 How to Apply: Complete this short application form: https://forms.gle/m2aZrhtCmrMsDYQ3A CVs alone will not be shortlisted.
