Physiotherapy Job Summary:
Bodybalance Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic is an established, growing company with 3 clinics in North London and Hertfordshire. Our focus is on providing highest quality, professional physiotherapy care which is valued, trusted and respected by our colleagues, clients and referrers. We are motivated by helping our patients achieve the best possible outcomes. We work together as a team in a busy, fun environment.
Bodybalance are seeking experienced physiotherapists to join our team on a part time basis, covering Saturday mornings and 1 or 2 mid-week evening sessions at our clinics in Hatfield (AL10) and Mill Hill (NW4). Roles are offered on an employed or self-employed basis, depending on the applicant and your situation. There is potential for this role to grow into a full-time (employed) role in the future, and there may also be future opportunities to work directly with one of the many elite sports teams we look after.
***** NOTE: In addition to this position we are advertising for physiotherapists to provide home-visit MSK and post-op ortho care in NW London and Hertfordshire. We are open to the idea of one person covering both positions if suitable, so please mention this in your application if that is of interest*****
Our clinics are located inside great gym settings with fantastic facilities. We generally see a mix of sports injuries, MSK and post-op rehabilitation across all ages. Our patients are typically motivated, active and keen to get better.
We are seeking enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated Sports & MSK physiotherapists to join our team of physiotherapists, Pilates teachers, massage therapists and admin support. We want someone who is interesting and who has great clinical skills and knowledge. You'll need to have enough experience to be able to confidently meet the expectations of your patients. You'll need to be able to think independently and show initiative, but also to be able to know when it is right to ask for some help. Most of our patients are self-paying or have private medical insurance; they expect great physiotherapy and we want to offer them the very best care and attention. We want someone who wants to do well personally and who wants to be part of our team environment.
We offer great workplace conditions in an environment that is fun and friendly. Employed staff will be remunerated at a generous hourly rate with an additional bonus structure (self-employed options can be discussed depending on the individual). We have regular in house CPD and will help you continue to develop your skills through structured mentoring and a CPD budget.
We're happy to consider physiotherapists from all backgrounds and walks of life, but there are some minimum requirements. Applicants must be HCPC registered and a member of the CSP. The private medical insurance companies we deal with want our physiotherapists to have at least 3 years of MSK experience to treat their patients. Experience in private practice and working with sport are both an advantage, but neither are necessary.
Eligibility to work in the UK is essential and successful applicants will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS before any offer is finalised.
The interview process usually involves a face to face meeting followed by an assessment of your clinical skills in a practical situation. This can be either in our Hatfield or Mill Hill clinics, and we can accommodate evening interviews if necessary.
To apply, please send us your CV with a covering letter stating what you can bring to the position. Or you can contact us by email if you would like to arrange an informal chat about the role.
