Response Physio needs talented physiotherapists like you. We are looking for incredible experienced physiotherapists to join our Nottingham team, as part of our growing network of UK wide physio and sports therapists. If you are Physiotherapist passionate about your development within the primary care setting then this is the role is for you. We have an exciting opportunity to work within our MSK Physiotherapy Service as a first contact practitioner based in Nottingham covering various site throughout the south Nottingham area. Working within primary care you will support the community of Nottingham, you will provide care, therapeutic and rehabilitation pathways for those affected by acute and chronic injuries. Don’t worry if you haven’t worked in these areas of physiotherapy before, we welcome you with an extensive training and development programme to help grow and broaden your specialities. What you’ll do You will be working for an established, rapidly growing and flexible company with a unique approach to the delivery of physio care across 2-3 sites based in south Nottingham area. This position in Nottingham mainly involves working with MSK conditions, sports injury, rehabilitation and pain management. There is always an opportunity for you to grow and move with Response, with a variety of clinical and non-clinical roles in sport & leisure, the NHS, and corporate occupational health. Undertake comprehensive triages and management of common and complex MSK conditions at first presentation in primary care Undertake physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic injuries Practice advanced clinical reasoning skills to form accurate diagnosis and provide management plans to include further investigations, lifestyle and rehabilitation advice. Complete referrals to secondary care, physiotherapy and other members of the MDT Provide effective and professional advice Ensure records on all individuals treated are kept up to date What we’re looking for We are looking for friendly individuals with a professional, caring character to join our supportive team in Nottingham. We expect that all of our team members display an enthusiasm to provide the very best care for each of their patients, and understand the efforts to cope with the challenge that comes with their conditions. You will also need to: Hold a valid HCPC registration and CSP membership (Essential) Have effective communication and relationship building skills Have a passion for Physiotherapy and its benefits BSc in Physiotherapy held for a minimum of 5 years (Essential) This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
