Bluebell Physio HQ, aka 'Bluebell Towers', is located at Bluebell Hill in Chatham but we also have other satellite clinics around Kent. Physio caseloads are varied and will include MSK, gym rehab, telehealth, hydro, classes and community visits. This role would suit an experienced band 5 or band 6 equivalent, ideally with 2+years experience including MSK. You will need to have a clear enhanced DBS check.
Salary range is £25-37k full-time. We will support your personal growth and you will benefit from a pension scheme, opportunities for overtime, paid mileage, flexibility, healthcare/wellness plan and your own laptop. There is regular coaching and mentoring, external course funding, case reviews and online training. Plus of course team social events!
Hours/days are flexible and negotiable to help with your work/life balance and part time hours may be possible.
You will be successful if you:
* Have a BSc (Hons) degree in physiotherapy
* Are HCPC and CSP registered
* Are proficient in computer use including MS Office
* Have experience in using TM2/3 practice software (or similar), women’s/men’s health, delivering classes and possibly even veterinary physio could be an advantage!
* Have your own transport to travel between some clinic locations/community visits
* Are willing to work some evenings and/or weekends if needed.
