Physiotherapy Job Summary:
Mediclinic City Hospital is looking for an enthusiastic and highly skilled Rehabilitation Manager to be a part of the team in Dubai Healthcare City.

The Rehabilitation Manager will be responsible to provide efficient, effective and safe patient care in an honest, fair and legal manner by ensuring the highest ethical standards are maintained in all our dealings with patients and employees in an integrated approach in delivering service.
Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy or any other Rehabilitation discipline from an accredited institute. Additional qualification in Healthcare Administration would be an added advantage.
Qualification should be as per the eligibility requirements of Dubai Healthcare City Authority regulations (DHCA) and should have an active and valid license in the country where the qualification is obtained from.
Good leadership skills with the proven ability to empower and mentor staff.
Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
Specialized techniques related to patient care management.
Demonstrated ability to function effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and demonstrate excellent problem solving skills.
Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, knowledge of ambulatory care practices, operations and local regulatory standards.
Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Financial knowledge and abilities in budget principles, management and reporting.
Minimum of five (5) years experience in a directly related field, with demonstrated clinical knowledge.
Must be fluent in English (speak, read, write).
Computer literacy in intermediate level with a good understanding of MS Office.
Develops, implements, and monitors departmental policies and procedures which support the Organizations’ goals and business objectives and ensures they are met.
Manages and resolves human resource, employee relations, and department safety/ risk management issues.
Set objectives and give regular performance feedback.
Ensure that each individual knows what the standards are, what is expected and give recognition to whom it is due.

Provide leadership for and the management of Physiotherapists, Occupational therapist and Speech therapists practicing at Mediclinic City Hospital.
Anticipate Mediclinic City Hospital rehabilitation future resourcing needs and identify opportunities for improvement and the maintenance of revenue within the Rehab services.
Develops Rehabilitation financial strategies by estimating, forecasting and anticipating requirements, trends, developing action plans, measuring and analyzing data and aligning monetary resources.
Promote appropriate standards of inter-professional practice across professional disciplines to ensure all clinical services are provided for.
Ensure the provision of quality, efficiency and safe services are delivered across all clinical services (this includes the clinics).
Evaluate patient care protocols, measuring outcomes, researching and evaluating emerging trends.
Liaise and work effectively with other Healthcare professionals involved in patient care, ensure the team takes an MDT approach.
Ensure that the team maintains accurate documentation and completes the electronic Medical records to reflect all JCI standards.
