Ongoing professional development and training opportunities About the opportunity In this role you will provide community physiotherapy to patients residing in the Dunedin city region. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will help support the transition of patients from hospital to home. This is a fantastic opportunity for a rewarding line of work, where you will assist patients in regaining their independence during recovery. About you It goes without saying that you will have an enthusiasm for physiotherapy and working with a social team. You will also need to demonstrate the following to be successful in this role: Excellent communication skills and a natural ability for building trust with others Be a registered Physiotherapist with the New Zealand Physiotherapy Board and hold an Annual Practicing Certificate Ideally have at least one years' experience as a qualified physiotherapist, including respiratory and musculoskeletal experience Knowledge and experience of community-based rehabilitation Be reliable and have a drive for learning and sharing new skills A full and clean class one driver's licence is essential.
