Success is not the work of one, but the work of many Permanent, full-time 80 hours per fortnight (1.0FTE) We are offering a New Zealand Registered Physiotherapist the chance to get their career started with a rotational position now available at Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand, Te Matau a Māui, Hawke's Bay. You will contribute to the established team currently providing assessment and treatment across the range of the general hospital wards and units, with rotations including general medical, general surgical, rehabilitation, neurology, musculoskeletal outpatients and time in ICU. Our dynamic and supportive Allied Health Service is passionate about the following: Engaging people and their whanau in care so they can take control of their health and well being Setting up consumers to effectively manage long-term conditions or acute illness from hospital Helping people to develop or adapt their skills, strengths and abilities Innovation and change for better patient outcomes We are looking for someone who has a passion for promoting and utilising person focussed goal setting and assessment with physiotherapy interventions and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be flexible, with an ability to work autonomously and within both interprofessional and multidisciplinary styles as needed.
