This role is scope as 'Expert' on the SI career framework. The Allied Health Clinical Leader, Physiotherapy will: * enhance and develop physiotherapy clinical knowledge in the designated area * maintain advanced clinical, cultural and professional standards and competencies across the designated area of service * evaluate clinical practice through reflection, audit and outcome measures to continually improve the physiotherapy service to patients and whanau. Ko wai koe - About You In this role, you will be responsible for: * providing expert clinical and professional practice and optimising the model of care * assisting the Clinical Manager in leading service planning and delivery * providing clinical leadership and enhancing the culture of excellence * assisting the Clinical Manager with workforce management * to lead and maintain a high-quality service delivery.
