* Leadership role * Full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week) * Registration with the NZ Physiotherapy Board and an Annual Practicing Certificate is essential * Must have a minimum of five years clinical experience * Membership of PNZ essential Mō te tūnga - About the Role Here at Christchurch Hospital, we are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join the leadership team to provide professional expertise and guidance across a service. This role is scope as 'Expert' on the SI career framework. The Allied Health Clinical Leader, Physiotherapy will: * enhance and develop physiotherapy clinical knowledge in the designated area * maintain advanced clinical, cultural and professional standards and competencies across the designated area of service * evaluate clinical practice through reflection, audit and outcome measures to continually improve the physiotherapy service to patients and whanau. Ko wai koe - About You In this role, you will be responsible for: * providing expert clinical and professional practice and optimising the model of care * assisting the Clinical Manager in leading service planning and delivery * providing clinical leadership and enhancing the culture of excellence * assisting the Clinical Manager with workforce management * to lead and maintain a high-quality service delivery.
