The role is permanent and on a self-employed basis, with commission based on experience. Tivoli Chiropractic Clinic is a growing and vibrant multi-disciplinary clinic based in Cheltenham. We currently have Chiropractors, Physiotherapists and Sports Therapists, as well as mental health professionals. Our philosophy is that every patient is unique and their treatment should be too. We believe in cross referral between practitioners to ensure our patients are receiving the best care for them. Our clinic has a family feel with all staff working closely together. We provide regular CPD and staff training sessions including in-house sessions on treatment and rehabilitation, as well as external speakers and activities. We also enjoy many social events together and strive to create a great working environment. Potential candidates for the role should have a hands on treatment philosophy, with an appreciation of the kinematic chain and likely effects of dysfunction further up or down the body. A strong emphasis on the importance of rehabilitation, as well as promoting a holistic wellbeing centred approach for their patient is required. Strong communication skills, empathy and a friendly demeanour are the basic foundations for all healthcare professionals, so possessing these skills are essential. Must have the right to work in the UK. Qualifications in dry needling and Pilates (preferably APPI accredited) would be advantageous. Must have a visa and rights to work in the UK.
