Advanced Physiotherapy is seeking a clinical partner to help grow our business to the next level. Established in 2005 and now operating from two busy sites in Chislehurst BR7 and Herne Hill SE24 with room for further growth. Both clinics offer naturally lit treatment rooms in tranquil locations with good transport links and free on-site parking. Our business has grown during the pandemic and help to consolidate and capitalise on this is urgently required. We are seeking applications from ambitious, hardworking and enthusiastic physiotherapists who have reached a ceiling in their current organisation and are looking for a new challenge. Candidates must have a proven track record of building and maintaining a client list in private practice. Experience of mentoring and developing recently qualified therapists would also be welcome as would having a Masters qualification. The position commands a salary of £70k pa OTE plus benefits including company pension scheme, group income protection and private medical insurance. After a probationary period the successful candidate will have the option of taking on a directorship in the company with no buy-in fee required.
