London Back Pain Clinic is seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic and professionally registered physiotherapists. We are expanding our current team across new clinic sites and would like to work with high-calibre practitioners on a self-employed consultancy basis who can manage their own caseload providing flexible to full-time hours. All suitable physiotherapists are welcome to apply although those with previous experience in private practice will be prioritised. London Back Pain Clinic is an established provider of musculoskeletal physiotherapy with 5 clinics based in Central London. Under the Dolor Group of Companies, we are in partnership with London International Patient Service and have access to a large number of established orthopaedic consultants, sports physicians, rheumatologists and pain consultants. This allows us to provide a comprehensive musculoskeletal rehabilitation pathway using our in-house network of professionals including osteopaths, chiropractors, personal trainers, dietitian and psychotherapists. We have access to a weekly musculoskeletal and pain Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) meeting which allows direct contact with referring clinicians for sharing information on progress and outcome of rehabilitation programmes for our clients. We have a mandatory in-house appraisal system with an independent appraiser who will can provide help with preparing portfolios for yearly HCPC appraisals, CPD planning and access to training courses with specific rehabilitation focus. Our governance programme includes regular review and audit of client notes, PROMs and PREMs data. All of our physiotherapists are on a nationally above average fee share-based income with clear mutually agreed annual key performance indicators (KPIs) which attracts a further new starter bonus with the potential to earn up to £60,000 per annum.
