We're excited to be recruiting for a new role of Clinical Team Lead Physiotherapist at our Hatfield clinic. Working as part of our leadership team, this role will cover a mix of clinical and management duties and have responsibility for a clinical team of 6-8 people.
Bodybalance Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic have 3 clinics in North London and Hertfordshire. Our clinics continue to grow with record numbers of new clients who present with a wide variety of really interesting sports, orthopaedic and MSK cases.
As a clinic we approach physiotherapy actively with an attitude of wanting to help our patients achieve the best outcomes through encouraging exercise and movement.
Our current clinic locations all have excellent gym/rehab facilities and we have an interesting and varied case load with a good balance of sports, MSK and orthopaedics across all ages. Up to 50% of our clients are referred to us from a wide variety of Orthopaedic and Sports & Exercise Medicine Consultants, and most of our patients are either self-funded or covered by private medical insurance. In our Hatfield clinic, about 20% of our caseload comes from elite or high-performance sports programmes including netball, football, swimming, squash, and basketball.
We are looking for a senior, experienced Chartered physiotherapist with excellent clinical skills to lead our team at our busy Hatfield clinic. This is ideally a full time role but suitably experienced part-time applicants will be considered. We are looking for a team player with a positive approach to helping our patients achieve great outcomes and the ambition to help our fantastic clinicians continue to grow and develop. In addition to your clinical skills, you should have an interest in what goes into the operational and commercial side of a successful clinic.
We require at least 3 years post grad experience for all of our clinical team, but we envisage the ideal candidate for this role will have more significant clinical experience, preferably including experience in a private MSK/ortho setting. People leadership experience would be a great advantage.

HCPC registration is essential, as is a valid visa to work in the UK. Unfortunately we are not in a position to offer visa sponsorship.
