AND IF YOU WOULD LIKE: -Continuous training and coaching to take your skill set to the next level -Cool Tech to use (AxIT system) with your clients to keep them engaged and motivated towards their goals -To work in a friendly, fun, energetic, whānau/family orientated practice -Weekly, monthly and quarterly contact with Senior Management who will provide you with support and guidance. --This means YOUR goals are reviewed regularly and progressed....rather than once per year at an annual appraisal. --This also allows any challenges to be discussed and addressed in a timely manner. -Fortnightly clinical education and training -Financial contributions towards your CPD -A great work/life balance!
