Physiotherapist Responsibilities: • Making assessments & Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns of patients' physical conditions. • Formulating treatment plans to address the conditions and needs of patients. • Providing patients with massage therapy to relieve soft tissue pain • Mobilizing and manipulating muscles and joints • Conducting complex mobilization techniques. • Assisting trauma patients with how to walk again. • Outlining clear goals for patients and the expected outcomes of the plan and fitness programs. • Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury • Giving patients exercises designed to strengthen and increase their motor abilities • Patient Reports need to prepared to send to Referral doctors. • Showing patients exercises that they can perform on their own at home (and correcting any incorrect posture / movements) • Motivating patients to develop their strength and perform exercises by themselves without supervision • Educating patients, family members, and the community on how to prevent injuries and live a healthy lifestyle and about the recovery process • Recording patients’ progress and modifying the plan of care if needed • Home visit must be carried out for immobile or older patients accordingly. Physiotherapist Requirements: • Bachelor or master's degree or Doctorate in physiotherapy. • Minimum 5 Years' Experience working as a physiotherapist • Applicants eligible for full registration in Australia, Canada, Jamaica, New Zealand, South Africa, United Kingdom, or the United States of America • Certification in Dry Needling or Acupuncture, Certification in Acupressure, Certification in Mobilization and Manual therapy techniques, taping certification is Must. • Certification in Pilates and fitness Preferred • Knowledge of various forms of physical therapy (e.g., manipulation, massage therapy) • Knowledge of equipment-based therapy, such as Shockwave, laser therapy, magnetotherapy, ultrasound therapy, electrotherapy, traction. • Ability to apply pain alleviation methods • Ability to provide physiotherapy treatment without supervision • Physical strength and stamina Skills Required: • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, their families and other healthcare professionals • Good teamwork skills, collaborating with other health professionals • Excellent verbal communicating skills to clearly share information with patients and fellow employees • Strong active listening skills to accurately understand patients’ issues • Good observational skills to correctly evaluate how patients are responding to treatments • Strong analytical skills to correctly diagnose conditions and develop effective treatment programs • Flexible approach to working hours. • Innovative Treatment Ideas and business plans are Welcome.
