We are soon to open and looking to create the original dream team. @mvmtstudio_manly If you would like to: • Use your amazing physio knowledge to teach expert-level, fun and challenging group classes that actually get clients results. • Supplement your current income, whilst getting out of the treatment room and giving your hands a rest. • Have more freedom and flexibility with your schedule and hours. • Be upskilled and paid for teaching, social media content creation (optional if this is of interest). Our classes are a mix of various types of mat Pilates, strength, HIIT, pre/postnatal, mobility and private Clinical sessions. They are high energy, fun and strategically curated with an emphasis on evidence-based training, form and results. MVMT studio is owned by an experienced physiotherapist who is also a Unite Health APPI course Educator. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team with huge scope for learning through regular mentoring and in-services/team catch ups. For those with appropriate experience and interest, there is also potential to up skill as a teacher trainer. Our group classes are each 45-50 minutes and boutique sized ~12-16 people. Instructors must feel confident in offering appropriate levels for all present, while constantly empowering and educating participants with a positive and upbeat attitude. Individualised Clinical Pilates sessions are each 55 minutes, making use of the Reformer, Pilates chair, Cadillac, spine corrector and various other pieces of small equipment and weights. We are looking for long term teammates who are keen to connect and engage with the team and community. You are welcome to jump into other instructors' classes for your own workouts and class inspo and it will always be a safe space to ask questions and share knowledge. Hours are flexible and work-life balance valued highly. We are located in the heart of Manly with ocean dips, brewery’s, coffee shops and bars just down the road. Essential Criteria - Physiotherapist with a minimum of 2 years experience. - Pilates certification Desirable (any of the following): • APPI certified Pilates Instructor • Certificate III in Fitness (Group Fitness Instructor) • Certificate IV in Fitness (Personal Trainer)
