Our clinic has operated for 11 years and we pride ourselves on being at the forefront of Professional development and qualifications for Physiotherapy. Our growing team consists of 10 physios and 6 administrative staff. In mid 2019 we relocated to a purpose designed clinic with a Strength and Conditioning Gym, separate Rehab Studio inclusive of 6 Pilates reformers, trapeze table, combo chair as well as more traditional Pilates equipment.
We have a 75% privately funded caseload, connections with Medical Sites, Local Gyms and personal trainers and the role would suit someone looking to enhance our relationships and work with local sports clubs mid week.
Our Owners have 15 years of clinical experience each, with prior experience as a Grade 3 Musculoskeletal Outpatient Physio, International travel with elite junior netball teams (U/15 Australian team), TAC/VFL/VFLW and AFL experience and have completed further studies in Musculoskeletal, Women’s Health and Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy.
Our clinical educator is a Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and is currently completing a Grad Cert in Pelvic Floor (currently completing)
Weekly team PD for all staff arranged or presented by Senior Staff
Our Principal Physiotherapist has completed his Level 3 Sports Physiotherapy course, the current VFLW Head Physiotherapist at the Essendon Bombers FC and is pursuing the Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy Experiential Pathway via the APA
Weekly 1:1 or small group mentoring available
Every 6 weeks we have inter clinic PD with the North East group of clinics with invited specialists, doctors or Specialist Physiotherapists to enhance our learning
Other Senior staff have or are completing their Graduate Certificate in Sports Physiotherapy and Graduate Certificate in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy as part of their Post Graduate Musculoskeletal Master’s program.

About the Role
This Part time or full time position offers the chance to develop your Pilates, Strength and Conditioning, sport and musculoskeletal skills, and learn from experienced physios, whilst also providing the opportunity to progress your career through an established pathway.
You will be managing a diverse clinical case load including manual therapy, Pilates, S+C consults and rehab groups, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, medical centre consults, sports and workplace services. Physiotherapy Qualification and full (unrestricted) AHPRA & APA registration
