This Course will be of interest to any level of physiotherapist involved in Medico-Legal work, taking participants through the legal process which follows the completion of the report. There will be a large interactive component with emphasis on delegate participation, based around a report which will be provided to participants in advance (an MSK Causation & Liability Case/Breach of Duty report). The day will include a mock Case Conference and cover joint statements and Courtroom skills. The learning outcomes will be relevant for those completing quantum reports, working with neurological cases, or just starting work as an expert witness.
