Physiotherapy Course Summary:
Sarah Key’s Problem Back Masterclasses Levels 1 and 2 is a novel approach to the understanding and treatment of degenerative spine disorders. The central thread of the Sarah Key Method proposes that ‘a stiff spinal segment’ is the originating function fault causing back pain (hypothesized as the pathology behind non-specific back pain) which left unchecked may pass through four more stages to the more complex and the less common final stage of ‘segmental instability’.
The theory part of the course is delivered by webinars in the comfort of your own home, whereafter delegates join Sarah in Sydney for a two-day Practical Adjunct on 18th and 19th November 2017. These are intensive upskilling sessions where the diagnosis of the common spinal disorders is made easy and manual diagnostic skills are fine-tuned. The practical sessions also include the treatment of real patients, the learning of spinal mobilization using the heel and self-treatment spinal decompression techniques as done by patients using a BackBlock.
Delegates wishing to register for the above Practical Adjunct sessions in November must have completed all the webinars relating to Levels 1 and 2, so enrol now and allow yourself sufficient time to complete the Theory component of the course in good time for the Practicals.
