Incorporating key Tai Chi intervention techniques with proven clinical benefits and adapted for chronic condition patients, the Clinical Tai Chi for Chronic Condition Rehabilitation and Management Program is an evidence-based, non-pharmacological therapy designed to alleviate symptoms, facilitate recovery, regain functional abilities, and improve overall health and wellbeing and quality of life for patients with chronic conditions.
[COURSE] The Tai Chi for Mental Health and Cognitive Improvement Program
The above Tai Chi intervention programs contain two modules: the module of standing movements and the module of chair-based movements designed for elderly and patient populations with all levels of mobility and balance.
