Physiotherapy Job Summary:
We have exciting opportunities available for a full-time or part-time Physio to join our Team. This is a valuable career growth opportunity for an experienced, qualified physio in manual therapy, sports physio and exercise rehab or an opportunity for recent graduate to join our comprehensive 2 year Clinical Graduate Program. Past experience or interest in Women’s Health Physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates or one on one exercise programs progressed to small group rehab classes an advantage.
About the role:
Your role will be to work in conjunction with practice members in a "team" approach combining differential diagnosis, long term treatment pathways to optimise recovery and health, including exercise programs and our Pilates studio.
The client load is varied from young to old, active to sedentary.
Communication will be one of your strong points, as we hold in high regard the use of correspondence with our referring colleagues to maintain our professional standpoint.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Physiotherapy assessment, treatment and forward planning
• Running of one on one and group classes at our Pilates Clinic
• Note taking and correspondence with involved persons
• Self directed as well as team based ongoing professional
Necessary skills and qualifications:
• Physiotherapy degree, in addition Exercise Physiology
qualifications are an advantage
• AHPRA registration
• Professional Indemnity insurance
