Physiotherapy Job Summary:
Flex Sports Physiotherapy, established in 2008, is currently seeking a full time Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team based in Melbourne's city centre.
We are a busy private practice with a strong Clinical Pilates and Running Injury Management focus including Running Analysis and the delivery of Running Workshops to our clients. We are the largest clinic in Melbourne's CBD offering small group Clinical Pilates. Flex has five Physiotherapists and a Myotherapist, and this role will take on an existing caseload developed over the past 2 years.

Our treatment philosophy includes strong manual therapy skills alongside Clinical Pilates, strength conditioning and education to help our clients achieve their goals.

Physiotherapy, including sports injury management
Pre and post operative rehabilitation, vertebral and peripheral injury management
Myotherapy and Remedial Massage
Pre and Post Natal Massage

We are looking for a Physiotherapist:
With a minimum of 3 years private practice experience
With Clinical Pilates training and a minimum of 2 years experience teaching, with the ability to teach individuals and small groups confidentally
Who has completed post graduate course work in areas that expand and consolidate your injury management and treatment skills
With strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills with the ability to structure and communicate an evidence based treatment plan for your clients
Who possesses a willingness to follow through and develop professional relationships with referring practitioners
With excellent communication and time management skills

The successful applicant will be rewarded with an excellent remuneration package ($90 - $100k+) based on experience and will undergo in house training and development upon commencing the role. The start date for this role is negotiable. No weekend cover or late nights are required.
Potential hours, which are negotiable, are as follows:
MONDAY 7am - 6.15pm
TUESDAY 7am - 2pm
WEDNESDAY 7am - 2pm
THURSDAY 11am - 6.15pm
FRIDAY 7am - 3pm
