Physiotherapy Job Summary:

The practice has been established for 13 years and continues to grow. It currently employs 4 physiotherapists. The Practice Principal has extensive post graduate qualifications and is the director of the Private Practice Success Group.
The practice offers a varied caseload of private clientele, sports injuries, Work Cover injuries, post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation, DVA clients, paediatrics, aged care and Medicare clients. The practice is modern, fully computerised, has a gym and small Pilates studio.
Cowra is a town of 12,000 residents located two hours North West of Canberra, three and a half hours West of Sydney, one hour South of Orange and one hour West of Bathurst
• A Bachelor or Masters degree in Physiotherapy and current Australian Registration.
• Background in manual therapy and exercise based therapy,.
• Caring, confident and professional manner.

The successful applicant will be offered 1 on 1 instruction in a wide range of Clinically superior techniques. These include advanced Mulligan techniques, manipulative techniques, muscle energy techniques, soft tissue techniques, dry needling techniques and exercise based therapy. Opportunity will also be given to develop skills in Pilates. Time will be spent honing clinical reasoning and learning how to best to manage each client.
The successful applicant will have regular case conferences, inservices and joint treatment sessions. There will also be a continuing education budget assigned for a suitable long term applicant.
In addition to developing superior clinical skills the successful applicant will learn advanced communication skills and the secrets to succeeding as a Private Practice Physiotherapist.
