Physiotherapy Job Summary:
Salary: Band 6 - £30,549 to £40,890 per annum (Including HCAA)
Band 7 - £36,451 to £48,055 per annum (Including HCAA)
This NHS Trust is responsible for providing community health services for over 500,000 people across the London boroughs of Hounslow and Richmond.
They employ over 1,000 staff who play an important role in enabling people to stay healthy and active and in preventing them from spending unnecessary time in hospital. They see themselves as part of integrated health and social care systems in Hounslow and Richmond.
They are recruiting suitably qualified Physiotherapists to work within their forward thinking integrated community services working across health and social care.
The successful candidates will be part of a large, supportive rehabilitation service, based in either Hounslow or Teddington. Both teams provide rehabilitation and re enablement services for older people and those with long term conditions. In addition, the Hounslow team treats stroke rehab patients and other neuro disability including Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson’s Disease. Both pathways treat patients in the clinic or at home. Their teams work towards achieving personal goals agreed with the patient.
This setting will allow the successful applicant to develop a breadth of clinical skills with patients who often have a complex presentation, as well as consolidate the necessary skills required for specialised practice. There is a strong focus on personal and service development and you will be given opportunities to participate in an in-service training programme and external training where appropriate. They also have highly experienced clinicians within the team who are keen to support your ongoing personal and professional development.
Travel is an integral part of the post so applicants should have a mode of travel for work purposes.
