Physiotherapy Job Summary:
Bodybalance Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic is an established, growing company with 3 clinics in North London and Hertfordshire. Our focus is on providing highest quality, professional physiotherapy care which is valued, trusted and respected by our colleagues, clients and referrers. We are motivated by helping our patients achieve the best possible outcomes. We work together as a team in a busy, fun environment.
Bodybalance are seeking experienced physiotherapists to join our team with the aim of helping us grow our home visit service across North and North West London. We’ve got busy clinics in Mill Hill and Muswell Hill, but we have more and more requests from people looking for physiotherapy in their own home. With the help of our many referring Consultant Orthopaedic surgeons, we’d like to expand our home visit service across North West London.
The beauty of this role is that you can work your own hours – we’ll leave it for you to arrange the appointment times with the patient so you can fit it around family life or another job. It could be evenings, during the day or at weekends – it really will come down to what suits you and the patients and we will leave you to arrange your appointment times.
***** NOTE: In addition to this position we are advertising for part-time physiotherapists on weekday evenings and Saturday mornings at both our NW London and Hertfordshire clinics. We are open to the idea of one person covering both advertised positions if suitable, so please mention this in your application if that is of interest*****
We want enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated physiotherapists to add to our team of physiotherapists, Pilates teachers, massage therapists and admin support. We want someone who is interesting and who has great clinical skills and knowledge. You'll need to have enough experience to be able to meet the expectations of your patients, and you'll need to be able to think independently and show initiative (but also to be able to know when it is right to ask for some help). Most of our patients are self-paying or have private medical insurance; they expect great physiotherapy and we want to offer them the very best care and attention. We want someone who wants to do well personally and who wants to be part of our team environment.
As well as great workplace conditions and an environment that is fun and friendly, employed staff will be remunerated at a very generous hourly rate with an additional bonus structure (self-employed options can be discussed depending on the individual). You will need to have your own transport, but we will contribute to your expenses through a mileage allowance. We have regular in house CPD and will help you continue to develop your skills through structured mentoring and a CPD budget.
We're happy to consider physiotherapists from all backgrounds and walks of life, but there are some minimum requirements. Applicants must be HCPC registered and a member of the CSP.
The private medical insurance companies we deal with want our physiotherapists to have at least 3 years of MSK experience to treat their patients. Private practice experience will be a big plus but is not necessary. Experience of working in sport is also an advantage, but that isn't totally necessary either.
Eligibility to work in the UK is definitely required. Successful applicants will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS before offers are finalised.
