Spire Bushey Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Specialist MSK Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Physiotherapy Department.
This role would suit an experienced band 5 looking to consolidate their MSK, or a band 6 MSK who would like to progress in their area of interest. We are also able to consider newly qualified Physiotherapists interested in joining our team.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the regions most experienced Consultants, covering a varied and diverse caseload. Training is available to allow you to broaden your experience and career devel-opment is readily available allowing you to move up to senior positions as and when they arise.

Duties and Responsibilities
The role will involve treating musculoskeletal outpatients with a typical caseload that will comprise of general sports, orthopaedic and MSK injuries and conditions. You will need to demonstrate excellent clinical reasoning whilst maintaining CPD & joining in IST sessions, as the department is keen to support the learning and development of the team.
You will also develop a working environment and culture, which actively improves health, safety, security and infection control. Leading others in their development of knowledge, ideas work practices, planning, allocation, assessments and provide feedback to team members.
Who We’re looking for
This role requires HCPC Registered Physiotherapist with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in Outpa-tients, alongside experience of assessing, diagnosing and treating a range of patients/cases. You will be able to work with multi-disciplinary teams and evidence of applying effective clinical reasoning strategies to complex cases with supervision. Being a Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy is desirable.
