Physiotherapy Job Summary:
Premier Physical Healthcare was established in 1997 and has built its reputation on the highest standards of musculoskeletal practice and patient care across the private, corporate and public sectors. We are currently looking for motivated, excellent clinical staff to join us!
You will be working alongside other health professionals providing MSK physiotherapy in private clinics. This is split over three private gyms with excellent rehabilitation facilities. The clinics are located in the city of London. This is over 4 days.
You will be given all the support and training needed to deliver the safest and highest quality care to your patients and you will be supported by a well-established senior management team.
You will be responsible for managing 4 members of staff and over 10 sites across London. This includes some private sites and also NHS clinics that we run under 3 NHS contracts.
You will be responsible for staff performance including coordinating the London CPD programme. You will take a lead in service development, managing KPIs and feeding back to CCGs and commissioners. There will be one day of management per week.
The job is full time - 40 hours a week. Mon-Friday with flexible start/finish times. Band 7 equivalent.
You will have a physiotherapy degree (graduate or post graduate), HCPC and CSP registration and MSK outpatient experience. You will be at least 3-year post qualification.
You should have a flexible approach working within a team that encourages new ideas and opinions on how to improve the service. We are looking for self-motivated staff who can work autonomously, be a good team player as well as showing plenty of initiative when it comes to handling a wide range of situations.
Employment is subject to receipt of satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check
Successful candidates will be expected to comply with PPH’s mandatory training program.
Premier Physical Healthcare is a private limited company making commercial awareness an important skill. Effective communication, organisation and IT literacy are key qualities and efficient time management/time keeping abilities are vital.
You will be responsible for your patients care, effective note keeping, participating in clinical governance infrastructure such as risk management and incident reporting, participating in company audits to improve quality and effectiveness and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
