The Royal Buckinghamshire Hospital is an independent specialist care offers a physiotherapy and intensive rehabilitation assessment and rehabilitation to clients with any neurological impairments including spinal cord injuries, strokes, brain injuries and other as in and out patient service
Due to expansion, we are growing our Therapy team and currently recruiting for skilled, dynamic, forward thinking PT and other professionals that want to add value to a dynamic and highly skilled team.

Requirements for Physiotherapist
Completed rotation in a neuro rehabilitation setting
Minimum 1 year working with any neurological conditions
To be an active member of the multi-disciplinary team and contribute to effective team working
To work collaboratively with other health and social care professionals in providing quality care for clients and carers and encouraging participation in community activities.
Responsibilities of a Physiotherapist
To assess, plan and implement appropriate physiotherapy intervention and maintenance programmes for clients under supervision of senior physiotherapist using clinical reasoning and determining the most appropriate treatment methods from a range of options
To have an understanding of the physiotherapy clinical practices and procedures within a multi-disciplinary team
To participate in discussions and decisions with regard to client care programmes as a member of the MDT.
To monitor and evaluate client progress under supervision of senior physiotherapist within their treatment programme making adjustments and modifications as needed.
To be responsible for a caseload of clients within the team as agreed with senior physiotherapists in the team or the clinical manager
To communicate related information effectively with clients and carers, team members, volunteers, and other agencies.
To communicate information about interventions to those with communication and/or understanding difficulties in easily understood language.
