Part-time MSK Physio required for Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire Clinic  


Job Summary:

Job Title: Part-time MSK Physiotherapist
Location: Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Part-time - up to 20 hours per week.

A starting pro-rata salary of £30,000 - £33,000pa (depending on experience) or a percentage of the fee paid by clients if self-employed
Excellent in-house training plus generous additional CPD budget
Annual appraisals and Personal Development Plans

The role:
This exciting job is based at our beautiful oak-beamed barn conversion which offers the most peaceful work environment. From here, you will see clients of all ages and backgrounds with a wide range of musculoskeletal issues, working alongside other physiotherapists, our excellent admin staff and therapists from different wellbeing disciplines.

We are looking to recruit caring, independent and eager-to-learn physio’s with initiative and who love using their skills and knowledge to make a difference. If you have qualifications in Pilates or Yoga, they will be put to good use as we will build classes around those skills.

This opportunity will suit an individual who desires to develop their physiotherapy career in a musculoskeletal setting at a growing company which places an emphasis on caring and training.
The post will be supported by an in-house CPD programme and a generous budget for external training courses.

The job involves:
Formulating and delivering individual physiotherapy treatment programmes to a diverse patient case-load.
Developing your treatment and communication skills through our in-house CPD programme and attending external courses.
Communicating highly sensitive, complex information and being responsible for maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records in line with CSP standards of practice.
Taking responsibility for managing clinical risk within own patient caseload.
To complete professional reports for employers and insurance companies, regarding medico-legal matters and/or functional capacity (though the vast majority of work is paying clients)

Candidates shortlisted for interview will have:
Good communication, skills and an ability to build rapport
HCPC and CSP registration
Ideally, previous experience of working in MSK physiotherapy and evidence of a hands-on approach but we are open to interviewing great graduates.
