This will be an intensive one day highly practical taping course looking at a variety of methods including traditional and kineseo taping for the upper limb, lower limb and spine. The cost is inclusive of all taping materials and colour manual with individual taping technique pictures to allow you to practice and perfect your acquired skills from the day. The course will provide you with taping techniques that can be applied in a variety of clinical settings for a range of disorders. You will be required to work hard to gain the maximum from the day.
Tutor: Saskia Blair currently works at a centre of Orthopaedic Excellence part time, & also runs her own private practice. She has been the British Fencing Physiotherapist for 9 years and was the Chief Physiotherapist for the UK School Games for over 5 years. She has attended 4 Commonwealth Games as part as the Team Wales physiotherapy team. Saskia has also been a physiotherapist for Team GB and holds a post Grad Masters in Sports Physiotherapy. She has extensive experience using a variety of taping throughout her sporting career including traditional methods and Kineseo taping and is an experienced Course Tutor.
