Mr Steven De Coninck has been teaching now for over 25 years in about 34 countries teaching over 1200 courses! He also wrote several books and produced numerous film productions on orthopaedic medicine Cyriax. Mr Steven De Coninck also created the standardized assessment forms and his mission is to update and facilitate examination and treatment procedures to the highest standards. The international accelerated Cyriax diploma program provides an intensive way to master modern orthopaedic medicine with focus on relevant inspection, history, and functional examination in order to reach a diagnosis and possibly a differential diagnosis. Different kinds of soft tissue treatment techniques are discussed such as transverse friction massage, mobilisation, infiltration, injection, traction and manipulation, possibly in symbiotic combination with other techniques/methods. Additionally, the program focus on diagnosis and therapy within the field of evidence informed musculoskeletal medicine making the program clinically applicable immediately upon completion. There will be opportunities to be trained as assistant and eventually instructor by ETGOM once fully certified.

8-12 November 2017 > Module A + B : Orthopaedic highlights Extremities & Spine (5 days)
7-11 March 2018 > Module C + D : Cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine, advanced course & Extremities advanced 1 (5 days)
12-16 September 2018 > Module E + F: Extremities advanced 2 & exam preparation course + theoretical and practical exam (5 days)
DHA accreditations will be applied for 2 months prior to course date and announcement of CME points will follow after.
