The materials in the Bob's Jobs sites are provided without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied.
Using Bob's Jobs
The job listing, course listing, CV database and other features of the Bob's Jobs Sites may be used only by individuals seeking employment and/or career information and by employers seeking employees. In addition, the Bob's Jobs Communities may be used by individuals for permitted professional and personal networking purposes. Your use of the Bob's Jobs Services are also subject to any other contracts you may have with Bob's Jobs (such a agency-based listing packages). In the case of any conflict between these Terms and any contract you have with Bob's Jobs, the terms of your contract will prevail.
As a condition of your use of Bob's Jobs you agree that you will not:
• violate any laws;
• violate the listing rules (listed on at the top of the listing page);
• post any threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene or indecent material;
• be false or misleading;
• infringe any third-party right;
• distribute or contain spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes;
• distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Bob's Jobs or the interests or property of Bob's Jobs users;
• impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interfere with the proper working of Bob's Jobs;
• copy, modify, or distribute any other person's content without their consent;
• use any robot spider, scraper or other automated means to access Bob's Jobs and collect content (excluding the use of our free RSS Feeds) for any purpose without our express written permission;
• harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent;
• bypass measures used to prevent or restrict access to Bob's Jobs.
You are solely responsible for all information that you submit to PhysioBob's Jobs and any consequences that may result from your listing. We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse or delete content that we believe is inappropriate or breeching the above terms. We also reserve the right at our discretion to restrict a user's usage of the site either temporarily or permanently, or refuse a user's registration.
- Job Listings must be a specific position, in a unique location for that position and it is not permitted to use generic advertising for the purposes of recruiting candidates to register with recruitment company.
- Companies using annual packages should not repeat the same job within a 7 day time period. Doing so identifies the newer entry as a renewal & may mean the original listing is removed. Recently listed duplicate entries give a false representation of the current market and are therefore not encouraged.
- Generic listings will be removed and will not be refunded.
- Only ONE (1) Job/Course is permitted per listing.
- Jobs listed by Physiosure.com customers must be specific to the insureds practice
- Courses must be for face-to-face teaching or an online classroom.
- Podcast and/or educational Video Streaming (nor any advertising or any other advertising deemed by us to a form of marketing designed to aggregate or trawl for memberships to a third party site) is NOT permitted. Such postings will be removed. This includes FREE offers that only commence after completing a personal details or email form.

A Listing may not contain:
(a) misleading, unreadable, or "hidden" keywords, repeated keywords or keywords that are irrelevant to the job opportunity being presented, as determined in Bob's Jobs reasonable discretion;
(b) the names, logos or trademarks of unaffiliated companies other than those of your customer save where expressly agreed by Bob's Jobs;
(c) the names of colleges, cities, states, towns or countries that are unrelated to the posting;
(d) more than one job or job description, more than one location, or more than one job category, unless the product so allows;
(e) inaccurate, false, or misleading information; and
(f) material or links to material that exploits people in a sexual, violent or other manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 16.
You may not use your Bob's Jobs Listing to:
(a) post jobs or courses in a manner that does not comply with applicable local, national and international laws, including but not limited to laws relating to labor and employment, equal employment opportunity and employment eligibility requirements, data privacy, data access and use, and intellectual property;
(b) post jobs or courses that require citizenship of any particular country or lawful permanent residence in a country as a condition of employment, unless otherwise required in order to comply with law, regulations, executive order, or federal, state or local government contract;
(c) post jobs or courses that include any screening requirement or criterion in connection with a job or course posting where such requirement or criterion is not an actual and legal requirement of the posted job or course;
(d) post jobs or courses or other advertisements for competitors of Bob's Jobs or post jobs or other content that contains links to any site competitive with Bob's Jobs;
(e) sell, promote or advertise products or services;
(f) post any franchise, pyramid scheme, "club membership", distributorship, multi-level marketing opportunity, or sales representative agency arrangement;
(g) post any business opportunity that requires an up front or periodic payment or requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents;
(h) post any business opportunity that pays commission only unless the posting clearly states that the available job or course pays commission only and clearly describes the product or service that the job seeker would be selling;
(i) promote any opportunity that does not represent bona fide employment;
(j) post jobs or courses on any Bob's Jobs Site for modeling, acting, talent or entertainment agencies or talent scouting positions;
(k) advertise sexual services or seek employees for jobs of a sexual nature;
(l) request the use of human body parts or the donation of human parts, including, without limitation, reproductive services such as egg donation and surrogacy;
(m) endorse a particular political party, political agenda, political position or issue;
(n) promote a particular religion;
(o) post jobs or courses located in countries subject to economic sanctions of the United Kingdom Government; and
(p) except where allowed by applicable law, post jobs or courses which require the applicant to provide information relating to his/her (i) racial or ethnic origin (ii) political beliefs (iii) philosophical or religious beliefs (iv) membership of a trade union (v) physical or mental health (vi) sexual life (vii) the commission of criminal offences or proceedings or (vii) age.
If at any time during Your use of the Bob's Jobs Services, You made a misrepresentation of fact to Bob's Jobs or otherwise misled Bob's Jobs in regards to the nature of Your business activities, Bob's Jobs will have grounds to terminate Your use of the Bob's Jobs Services. Bob's Jobs reserves the right to remove any job posting or content from any Bob's Jobs Site, which in the reasonable exercise of Bob's Jobs discretion, does not comply with the above Terms, or if any content is posted that Bob's Jobs believes is not in the best interest of Bob's Jobs.
You shall use the Bob's Jobs Candidate Database as provided in these Terms and in any contract you have with Bob's Jobs. You shall use the Bob's Jobs Candidate Database in accordance with all applicable privacy and data protection laws, and You agree You shall not further disclose any of the data from Bob's Jobs Candidate Database to any third party, unless You are an authorised recruitment agency, staffing agency, advertising or other agency or using the Bob's Jobs candidate CV explicitly for employment purposes.
Important Note: The use of the candidates looking for work section is solely for offering candidates potential employment. It is therefore not permitted to use this section to suggest to candidates that they register on other sites. This is an annoyance to the candidates and any member seen doing this will be banned without any refund on their membership fee.
Third patry applications are not permitted to interface or connect into the backend of our website in any way,shape or form. This includes but is not restricted to applications designed to post to multiple recruitment websites.
You shall take appropriate physical, technical, and administrative measures to protect the data You have obtained from Bob's Jobs Candidate Database from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. You shall not share Candidate Database seat-based license login credentials with any other party, nor share any other Candidate Database license login credentials with any party.
The Bob's Jobs Candidate Database shall not be used:
(a) for any purpose other than as an employer seeking employees, including but not limited to advertising promotions, products, or services to any CV holders;
(b) to make unsolicited phone calls or faxes or send unsolicited mail, email, or newsletters to CV holders or to contact any individual unless they have agreed to be contacted (where consent is required or, if express consent is not required, who has informed you that they do not want to be contacted); or
(c) to source candidates or to contact job seekers or CV holders in regards to career fairs and business opportunities.
In order to ensure a safe and effective experience for all of our customers, Bob's Jobs reserves the right to limit the amount of data (including Candidate views) that may be accessed by You in any given time period. These limits may be amended in Bob's Job's sole discretion from time to time.
Additional terms applicable to Job Seekers
When You register with any Bob's Jobs Site, You will be asked to create an account and provide Bob's Jobs with certain information including, without limitation, a valid email address (Your "Information").
Any Profile You submit must be accurate and describe You, an individual person. The Profile requires standard fields to be completed and you may not include in these fields any telephone numbers, street addresses, email addresses or other means of contacting You, other than Your last name and URLs.
You acknowledge and agree that You are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any CV or material contained therein placed by You on the Bob's Jobs Sites.
Bob's Jobs reserves the right to offer third party services and products to You based on the preferences that You identify in Your registration and at any time thereafter or you have agreed to receive, such offers may be made by Bob's Jobs or by third parties. Please see Bob's Job's Privacy Statement, for further details regarding Your Information.
You understand and acknowledge that You have no ownership rights in Your account and that if You cancel Your Bob's Jobs account or Your Bob's Jobs account is terminated, all Your account information from Bob's Jobs, including CVs, Profiles, cover letters, saved jobs, questionnaires will be marked as deleted in and may be deleted from Bob's Jobs databases and will be removed from any public area of the Bob's Jobs Sites. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through Bob's Jobs web servers. In addition, third parties may retain saved copies of Your Information.
Bob's Jobs reserves the right to delete Your account and all of Your Information after a significant duration of inactivity.
Abusing Bob's Jobs
Bob's Jobs and our community of support staff and users work together to keep the site working properly and the community safe. Please report problems, offensive content and policy breaches to us using the contact us page.
Without limiting other remedies, we may issue warnings, limit or terminate our service, remove hosted content and take technical and legal steps to keep users off Bob's Jobs if we think that they are creating problems or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies. However, whether we decide to take any of these steps, remove hosted content or keep a user off Bob's Jobs or not, we do not accept any liability for monitoring Bob's Jobs or for unauthorised or unlawful content on Bob's Jobs or use of Bob's Jobs by users.
Some of Bob's Jobs features may display your ad on other sites or web-based services that are part of the the Bob's Jobs community. This includes but it not limited to our forums, our iPhone applications and our toolbar services. By using Bob's Jobs, you agree that your ads can be displayed on these other sites. The terms for our other sites are similar to these terms, but you may be subject to additional laws or other restrictions in the countries where your ad is posted. When you choose to post your ad on another site, you may be responsible for ensuring that it does not violate our other site policies. We may remove your ad if it is reported on any our sites, or if we believe it causes problems or violates any law or policy.
Fees and Services
We generally charge a small fee for using/listing on Bob's Jobs. If the service you use incurs a fee, you'll be able to review and accept terms that will be clearly disclosed at the time you post your ad. Our fees are quoted in Pounds Sterling, and we may change them from time to time. We'll notify you of changes to our fee policy by posting such changes on the site. We may choose to temporarily change our fees for promotional events or new services; these changes are effective when we announce the promotional event or new service.
Our fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for paying them when they're due. If you don't, we may limit your ability to use the services. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms.
Content Related Liabilities
Bob's Jobs CANNOT be held responsible for any events that transpire through use of our service. It is each users responsibility to determine the character and acceptability of any prospective candidate or employer. Bob's Jobs is not and will not be responsible for error or omissions that may occur, consequential or other wise.
Bob's Jobs contains content from us, you, and other users. Bob's Jobs is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. Content displayed on or via Bob's Jobs is protected as a collective work and/or compilation, pursuant to copyrights laws and international conventions. You agree not to copy, distribute or modify content from Bob's Jobs without our express written consent. You may not disassemble or decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to discover any source code contained in Bob's Jobs. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any purposes any aspect of Bob's Jobs (other than your own content). When you give us content, you are granting us and representing that you have the right to grant us, a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable right to exercise the copyright, publicity, and database rights to that content.
The Bob's Jobs Sites act as, among other things, venues for (i) employers to post job opportunities and search for and evaluate job candidates and (ii) candidates to post CVs and Profiles and search for and evaluate job opportunities. Bob's Jobs does not screen or censor the listings, including Profiles offered. Bob's Jobs is not involved in the actual transaction between employers and candidates. As a result, Bob's Jobs is not responsible for User Content, the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or CVs posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings and Bob's Jobs makes no representations about any jobs, CVs or User Content on the Bob's Jobs Sites. While Bob's Jobs reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove User Content, job postings, CVs or other material from the Bob's Jobs Sites from time to time, Bob's Jobs does not assume any obligation to do so and to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaims any liability for failing to take any such action.
Bob's Jobs Communities provides a venue for individuals to network for professional and personal purposes and Bob's Jobs does not screen or censor the Profiles or User Content on the Bob's Jobs Sites. Bob's Jobs is not involved in the actual communications between Users. As a result, Bob's Jobs has no control over the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Profiles or User Content submitted on the Bob's Jobs Sites and makes no representations about any Profile or User Content on the Bob's Jobs Sites.
Note that there are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, underage persons or people acting under false pretenses. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom You come in contact through the Bob's Jobs Sites. By its very nature other people’s information may be offensive, harmful or inaccurate, and in some cases will be mislabeled or deceptively labeled. We expect that You will use caution and common sense when using the Bob's Jobs Sites.
Because User authentication on the Internet is difficult, Bob's Jobs cannot and does not confirm that each User is who they claim to be. Because we do not and cannot be involved in User-to-User dealings or control the behavior of participants on any Bob's Jobs Site, in the event that You have a dispute with one or more Users, You release Bob's Jobs (and our agents and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential and direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The Bob's Jobs Sites and the Bob's Jobs Content may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Bob's Jobs makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any Bob's Jobs Site or the Bob's Jobs Content. The use of all Bob's Jobs Sites and the Bob's Jobs Content is at Your own risk. Changes are periodically made to Bob's Jobs Sites and may be made at any time. Bob's Jobs cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of any Bob's Jobs Site. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by a User from Bob's Jobs or through or from any Bob's Jobs Site shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.
Bob's Jobs does not provide or make any representation as to the quality or nature of any of the third party products or services purchased through any Bob's Jobs Site, or any other representation, warranty or guaranty. Any such undertaking, representation, warranty or guaranty would be furnished solely by the provider of such third party products or services, under the terms agreed to by the provider.

If notified of any content or other materials which allegedly do not conform to these Terms, Bob's Jobs may in its sole discretion investigate the allegation and determine whether to remove or request the removal of the content. Bob's Jobs has no liability or responsibility to Users for performance or nonperformance of such activities.
Scope of Bobs Jobs Obligations
For the purposes of the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003 (the “Regulations”), Bob's Jobs is not an employment business and generally does not introduce or supply work-seekers to hirers (or vice versa).
The sole exception to the above is where Bob's Jobs provides its “Candidate” service. The Candidate service may involve the introduction and supply of work-seekers to hirers (and vice versa) but it does not involve the introduction or supply of work-seekers for any job position which involves working with, caring for or attending a vulnerable person.
The Regulations seek to ensure that work-seekers are only proposed by Employment Agencies for roles for which they are properly qualified and that hirers are only offered work-seekers who have the appropriate levels of experience, training, qualifications and authorisation for the position to be filled. It is recommended that, if you are a work-seeker you undertake the steps set out in the Regulations to ensure your suitability for the role advertised or, if you are a recruiter, to ensure a work-seeker’s suitability for your the role. These could include:
1. If you are a work-seeker; checking the identity of the hirer and the nature of its business, the commencement date and duration of the position, the position to be filled including type of work, location, hours and risks to health and safety, experience, training, qualifications and authorisation which the hirer considers necessary or are required by law or otherwise to undertake the position, whether any expenses are payable by you as a work-seeker or whether there are any requirements imposed by law or otherwise for you to satisfy before taking up a position.
2. If you are a hirer; checking the identity of the work-seeker and that the work-seeker has the experience, training, qualifications and authorisation required by law or otherwise for the position and whether there are any requirements imposed by law or otherwise for you, as the hirer, to meet to enable a work-seeker to take up a position.
In addition, where professional qualifications are required or where work-seekers are to work with vulnerable persons or children, you should obtain copies of the relevant qualifications or authorisation, obtain at least two references from people who are not relatives of the work-seeker and undertake a criminal records bureau check of the work-seeker. These links are provided solely as a convenience to You and not as an endorsement by Bob's Jobs of the contents on such third-party Web sites. Bob's Jobs is not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites and does not make any representations regarding the content or accuracy of materials on such third party Web sites. If You decide to access linked third-party Web sites, You do so at Your own risk.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bob's Jobs, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from (i) any User Content or other material You provide to any Bob's Jobs Site, (ii) Your use of any Bob's Jobs Content, or (iii) Your breach of these Terms. Bob's Jobs shall provide notice to You promptly of any such claim, suit, or proceeding.
Nothing in these terms shall limit our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or the negligence of our agents or employees. You agree not to hold us responsible for things other users post or do.
We do not review users' postings and are not involved in the actual transactions between users. As most of the content on Bob's Jobs comes from other users, we do not guarantee the accuracy of postings or user communications or the quality, safety, or legality of what's offered.
In no event do we accept liability of any description for the posting of any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene or indecent information, or material of any kind which violates or infringes upon the rights of any other person, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law.
We cannot guarantee continuous, error-free or secure access to our services or that defects in the service will be corrected. While we will use reasonable efforts to maintain an uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee this and we do not give any promises or warranties (whether express or implied) about the availability of our services.
Accordingly, to the extent legally permitted we expressly disclaim all warranties, representations and conditions, express or implied, including those of quality, merchantability, merchantable quality, durability, fitness for a particular purpose and those arising by statute. We are not liable for any loss, whether of money (including profit), goodwill, or reputation, or any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of Bob's Jobs, even if you advise us or we could reasonably foresee the possibility of any such damage occurring. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of warranties or exclusion of damages, so such disclaimers and exclusions may not apply to you. Despite the previous paragraph, if we are found to be liable, our liability to you or any third party (whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability in tort, by statute or otherwise) is limited to the greater of (a) the total fees you pay to us in the 12 months prior to the action giving rise to liability, and (b) 100 Pounds Sterling.
Do not post content that infringes the rights of third parties, This includes, but is not limited to, content that infringes on intellectual property rights such as copyright and trademark. Entitled parties, in particular the owners of copyright, trademark rights or other rights owned by third parties can report any listings which many infringe on their rights, and submit a request for this offer to be removed. If a legal representative of the entitled party reports this to us in the correct manner, products infringing on the intellectual property rights will be removed by Bob's Jobs.
Reporting an infringement
In order to report an Infringement, you only need to notify us via our contact us form. This information must also enable Bob's Jobs to identify the advertisement to be removed (e.g. the Listing ID number). Once we have received your correctly completed Notice of Infringement Email, you can simply send later reports to Bob's Jobs via the e-mail address provided from our original response.
By using Bob's Jobs, you agree to the collection, transfer, storage and use of your personal information by Bob's Jobs on servers located in the United Kingdom You also agree to receive marketing communications from us unless you tell us that you prefer not receive such communications. We will provide an unsubscribe link at the bottom of all email correspondence.
These terms and the other policies posted on Bob's Jobs constitute the entire agreement between Bob's Jobs and you, superseding any prior agreements.
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in all respects by the laws of England and Wales. You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against us must be resolved by the courts of England and Wales. You and Bob's Jobs both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts; for claims falling within the jurisdiction of a County Court, you and Bob's Jobs both agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the County Courts of the Greater London Region.
If we don't enforce any particular provision, we are not waiving our right to do so later. If a court strikes down any of these terms, the remaining terms will survive. We may automatically assign this agreement in our sole discretion in accordance with the notice provision below.
Except for notices relating to illegal or infringing content, your notices to us must be sent by email using our site specific Contact Us forms. We will send notices to you via the email address you provide, or by registered mail. Notices sent by registered mail will be deemed received five days following the date of mailing.
We may update this agreement at any time, with updates taking effect when you next post or 30 days after we post the updated policy on the site, whichever is sooner. No other amendment to this agreement will be effective unless made in writing, signed by users and by us.
