Job Summary:
A full-time position is available at Northern Sports Physiotherapy Clinic to work within our team of APA Titled Sports Physiotherapists and Pilates Therapists. We are co-located in new modern & spacious premises with the North Sydney Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Centre and Castlereagh Imaging, opposite Royal North Shore Hospital – St Leonards.
Our physiotherapists work closely with the sports and rehabilitation physicians, orthopaedic surgeons and local GPs. The practice is an open plan clinic with a well-equipped gym and a separate fully equipped Pilates area.
The successful candidate will need to rise to the challenges of treating clients with complex cases requiring excellent clinical reasoning skills, musculo-skeletal knowledge and return to sport / activity strategies. You will need to demonstrate a team approach to the treatment of your clients and to all aspects of your work within the clinic. Experience with Pilates equipment and small group classes and knowledge of Muscle Energy Techniques is desired. Saturday work in the clinic is on a rostered basis.
