senior physio jobs

I am an experience NZ musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a Dip MT. I have read there is no jobs for new grads. My family and I are planning on travelling to England and I would like some overseas experience does anyone know what the job market is like in private practice and or NHS for senior musculoskeletal therapists
