Competancy 1.3.2. Management Principles

Hi everyone, I'd like to ask what your approach has been to Competancy 1.3.2.

1.3.2 Explain and apply management principles within the New Zealand health care system.

What is your interpretation of what they're asking on this one?
Are they talking about management of clinical cases, or office management or healthcare delivery in general?

And how do you submit evidence of "within the NZ system" when you haven't worked there yet? Do you submit evidence for your current situation, then compare the 2 systems?

I'm stumped on this one and starting to get discouraged. I hope one of you has some good ideas, words of advice or at least words of encouragement! LOL

Thanks, Maya
