UK Job situation

Hi guys i am Australian graduate with 1yr post grad experience and i am looking to travel to the UK next year to work there. Is it a good idea to travel nxt yr just with 1yr post grad experience?

What is the current situation with locum and contract work for travelers up there? I know it has been not easy in the last couple of years with the new changes.

What's the best way to go about getting a job up there and what is the current rates that are being paid for 1yr post grad experience?

Any info will be helpful. Thanks
