Kinesiotaping?

Hi all - recently I have received some blurb about Kinesio-taping. It seemed to be to a 'cure-all' for sports injuries - a bit like the appearance of cortisone in the mid-80's. Particularly popular in Japan and parts of the USA ?

Interested in hearing from physios/others who have used it;

what conditions

why this as opposed to other forms of treatment

outcomes

anything else

thanks in anticipation

Re: Kinesiotaping?

I too would like to learn more about it. My colleagues at work have told me that it works. It is expensive though. There are very few published research articles or studies that I was able to come across. It will be great to learn more!
