Foot Problem
After rugby training on Tuesday night (just fitness, no contact), I felt fine, but when I woke up on Wednesday morning, my left foot was aching and I couldn’t put any pressure on it. After a hot shower and some movement, it gradually began to feel better and improved throughout the day (though did decline somewhat among periods of inactivity).
This morning (Thursday morning), the pain returned upon waking and, again, I was unable to put pressure on it and, also again, it is improving with warmth and movement. Obviously I will have to go see a physio/doctor, but any preliminary ideas on what this could be? |
