injection therapy

Does anyone know of any other courses for Injection techniques for physio's other than the Society of Orthopaedic medicine route? I've done the A,B&C courses but don't fancy that particular exam! Have tried finding out about ?Stephanie Saunders (not sure whether that an option) but so far failed miserably. Would appreciate any advice. Thanks.
