effect of stretching
Hello! I am doing a dissertation on acute effect of stretching on muscle performance.Does anybody know of articles or links to it?

My direction, if any of my colleague or students consult me regarding their topic, usually will be " Try to prove something on the basis of your discretion".
In your case, a complete ken about Neuro-muscular control and muscle tone regulatory mechanisms and your self plan to develop outcome measure of immediate effect of stretching, will lead you to an admirable completion of your dissertation.
