fitness

While we focus our attention on the athletes,we often neglect the fitness requirement of normal non athletic children, women, young, middle aged & elderly. It is our prime resposibility as sports physios to take the fitness awareness to all.

re: fitness

Agreed! In our course we had a credit on Health Promotion, and us physios made a presentation about exercise. It was very much appreciated by all as I think that we had managed to reach quite a number of people. I think that a simple presentation like the one we did presented to other students of other courses can be very effective. our presentation can be found on: http://healthprom.tripod.com
