Recommendations for PostGrad Masters program, Ortho, Sports, Manip.
I graduated from the School of PT, Jamaicas INTENSIVE! 3 year Diploma (now Bsc) programme in 1998. I have been working as a PT since then (appx. 4 years). I am interested in doing a Post Grad masters program in any one, or combination of Sports, Orthopaedics and Manipulative Therapy (Manipulative only because it seems to be gaining popularity, and required for employment on most advertised vacancies). I would greatly appreciate advise in choosing the BEST programs to apply to, and if you have the time, your reasons for your high regard for these programs. I am leaning towards Uni. Melbourne and their ONE year Masters in Sports PT, or the Uni. South Australia and their 1 year, Master of Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy. My concerns are that these programmes will either try to cover too much info in too short a time or may not have enough relevant contet. Please advise
