re: sports phyio/sports medicine masters
University of Glasgow offers an MSc in Sports Medicine. It can be studied either full time (1 year) of Part time (2 years).... thats all I'm aware off

Cardiff Uni offers a masters in sports medicine. It also offers this by correspondance with several live-in weeks along the way.
