Meniscal Alternatives

Has anyone been having good functional rehab results following the introduction/use of any alternative meniscal materals. This could be injected material, transplant etc. I am looking to steer clients in a direction to find a more functional and dynamic result, mainly to allow a full longterm sporting solution. All comments welcome
