CW-X compression tights advice needed

Hi all

Following acl reconstruction 18 months ago I am back running and doing half marathons. However, I can still getting swelling in the knee and I have tightness/soreness in my hips (IT band).

I came across the cw-x compression tights a few weeks ago and have read the few reviews that I could find. They seem to expensive but well worth the money, supporting the knee, quads, lower back and IT band.

I was wondering of anyone has come across them and what they think? Do they actually help or do they replace the support from the surrounding muscles of the ACL that I should continue to strengthen?

Any advice or comments would be really helpful.
