sports team physio experience @ Leeds or West Midlands

I've just finished my physio degree, and want to gain experience within sports physio. I'm currently working as a qualified fitness instructor, so have a great interest in sports rehab. I'd love to get some experience with a sports team, so if any physio's out there want a volunteer or could offer some work experience, I would be very grateful. Anywhere around the West Midlands or Leeds would be ok, I have a car and don't mind travelling.
