verdicts please - 8 day old injury (stepping off curb), no pain on full stretch gastrocs and soleus, plantargrade since day2. Watery swelling adjacent to tibial surface. Tender throughout calf bulk, deep and superficial. Still cannot WB on push-off more than 30-40 %. Initial pain severe but shortlived. No painkillers. What's going on???
