costochondral dislocations/rehab
Looking for stability exercises,and/or assessment techniques for rehab post costochondral dislocation 2nd rib. Any suggestions on resources? (6mth post injury)

I would get the individual into Yoga. Mainly foe the prana yamas (?spelling) This is the breathing component. I had a tenth rib issue that did not go away until I began yoga and then moved onto Pilates for strength and flexibility. It took me 10 years to find that solution and I am glad I did.
